Uwe Schlecht
Uwe Schlecht is the founder and CEO of the VISh4 UG. He graduadeted in business administration in Munich. Uwe Schlecht looks back at long-standing managerial responsibility, primarily in the ranges consulting, sales and marketing. Since beginning of 2008 he was responsible as a manager of the Sendewelt GmbH & Co. KG and the Dynalogic GmbH for the business interests of both enterprises with its main focus on the development and marketing of full-motion picture offers. He deals for several years with the optimisation and creation of operational processes. Besides, universal maxim is always to be offered, the customers modular and open solutions which provide for the fact that a maximum is reached in efficiency with the implementing and use of the used systems. Before his change to Sendewelt he was occupied several years as a general manager for the software provider Uniplex GmbH focused on ECM. He answered for the strategical alignment of the European societies, as well as operational business and technical departments of the European central office in Munich. Other stations of his career were: DETEC GmbH, authorised attorney, responsibly for the direct and indirect distribution of output management solutions, Roland Berger & Partner, sales manager and consultant, responsibly in the strategical IT and Computer Associates, sales representative, responsibly for the distribution of system software. |

Thomas Lassak
Computer Scientist Thomas Lassak is Technical Director of VISh4 UG. He provides a long track of successfull engagements in IT, primarilly in the areas of Web, Document-, Performance and Outputmanagement. He has been working as a Freelancer for numerous customers in various areas and branches since 2001. Between 2001 and 2007 he has been successfully running the development department of Uniplex GmbH, a leading provider of web based document, archive and workflow systems. Before becoming a freelancer he has been with Candle Corp. as worldwide Product Manager for Performance solutions for SAP R/3, Peoplesoft and Oracle Financials. He started his career as a consultant for Output solutions at DETEC GmbH. His first commercial software was a calculation tool for lathing large winches for oil platforms and freighters - he developed it as a student. |
